The mysterious dream-maker Kira (Olivia Newton-John) appears to assist and inspire a young artist, Sonny Malone (Michael Beck) in this bizarre musical. When Kira helps Sonny meet up with the rich Danny McGuire (Gene Kelly), the two create the wildly successful new club "Xanadu” featuring lots and lots of disco lighting and roller-skating. (USA 1980)
