PRESS RELEASE

Peaches Christ is enchanted to announce the one-night only screening of a Midnight Mass favorite! On Saturday, February 20th, Peaches presents the ‘80s now-classic TEEN WITCH, starring Robyn Lively, Zelda Rubinstein, and Marcia Wallace. Besides the return of this magical movie, the Midnight Mass Players are back as well with their outrageous TEEN WITCH stage-show, celebrating all the great music from the film.

And to make the evening’s festivities even more worth your while, Peaches and Martiny will be conducting Free Magical Makeovers to (un)lucky members of the audience. Their coven of beauty crafters will be on-hand to invoke the forces of darkness as needed. The past screenings of TEEN WITCH have always been highlights of Midnight Mass, so don’t miss this chance, one night only at Landmark’s Bridge Theatre. Top That!

The stage-show and screening happen one night only!

TEEN WTCH:
Louise (Robyn Lively) was just another misfit teenager who pined for a handsome boy and a popular life – until a chance meeting with Madame Serena (Zelda Rubinstein, Poltergeist) reveals she is a direct descendant of Salem witches! Now, if she can figure out how to use he rpowers, she’ll trump all her old antagonists and become The Most Popular Girl.

Dick Sargent (“Bewitched”), Joshua Miller, Marcia Wallace and Shelly Berman co-star. Written by Second City alumnus robin Menken and cult auteur Vernon Zimmerman (Fade to Black); directed by Dorian Walker (Making the Grade).
(USA, 1989)

And coming soon…

It’s the return of one of Midnight Mass’ all-time greatest hits, back for a double-night of royal Minneapolis badnessss… that’s right, PURPLE RAIN returns to Landmark’s Bridge Theatre this July!

Also, the powers that be have allowed us to announce the SF-premiere of Joshua Grannell’s debut feature film ALL ABOUT EVIL. It’ll be screening at this year’s San Francisco International Film Festival, at the Castro Theatre – date TBA. Along with this highly anticipated film, the SFIFF has allowed Peaches Christ to throw a blowout Midnight Mass party honoring the screening. Prepare for the biggest, and best time at the festival! It’ll be the ticket to get.
